5 Steps to Finding the Best Torrents

In my previous article about the virus attack or shall I say the torrent attack, I got multiple requests regarding what should be considered to find the best torrents and not being attacked by a virus. I have been through this and ever since I developed a few set of rules for every torrent that I downloaded and I did find the best torrents to download ever since, here are those 5 rules:

1. The most important thing is to check the date when the torrent was added, make sure that the torrent is at least 5 days old, because if it is a virus it may takes up to 3 days for it to be discovered as a virus and cleaned from the system.
2. Read the comments, and do not fall for it if there are as less as 3 comments. Usually if it is a virus, the person who made it can add 3 comments from different accounts just to make people believe in it. People usually tell in comments about the torrent, for example they’ll tell you if it is a virus.
3. uTorrentThe ratio between seeders and leechers is a very important aspect. Make sure that the ratio of seeders to leechers is somewhere around 5 : 4 or something similar to that. In case 1 if there are a lot more seeders than leechers then you can consider yourself to be wasting time to set it to downloading as you would not get any downloading speed, in Case 2 if there are five time more seeders than the leechers, then there is something fishy as hackers know how to easily fake the seeders count, if you’re not very good in mathematical ratios then check the Seeder Leecher Ratio Calculator and enter either the seeder or leecher of a torrent and it will tell you the suitable amount of the other one.
4. Use a good torrent site and always search for the same torrent in all of them as it will help you find the best one, I recommend the torrent sites listed below as they are the most reliable ones, although the first is the most recommended but the rest torrent search engines are not that bad either:
1. btjunkie
2. Pirate Bay
3. Mini Nova
5. Download torrents from famous users. Anonymous users usually put torrents of malicious softwares, for example if you want to download latest English movies you should search for the movies by aXXo or KLAXXON. It is best not to download torrents from guest and anonymous users.

I follow these 5 steps and have found the right torrents ever since, and this not only finds the right torrent but also protects you from virus torrents, and trust me you don’t want to be attacked by one!

Lana Clarkson Killer Phil Spector Sentenced to 19 Years (Photos, Video)

The 2003 shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson in Phil Spector’s Alhambra, California home led to his being charged with murder in the second degree. His first trial ended in a mistrial; his second trial resulted in a conviction of second degree murder on April 13, 2009. He was remanded into custody at that time, while awaiting sentencing - details of crime and photos available here.

Spector was sentenced on May 29, 2009 to 19 years for killing Clarkson. He will be eligible for parole when he is 88 years old. On hand to witness the formal sentencing was Lana Clarkson’s mother Donna Clarkson. She accepted a $17,000 check from Spector’s lawyer to pay for her daughter’s funeral expenses - as mandated by Judge Larry Paul Fidler. Also in the courtroom was aspiring singer and actress Rachelle Short, who has been married to Spector since September 2006.

The 69 year old record producer and songwriter produced and co-wrote the 1965 song You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ for The Righteous Brothers. It is listed by BMI as the song with the most U.S. air plays in the 20th century.

See photos and courtroom sentencing video below as well as a clip of Lana Clarkson in Barbarian Queen.

How To Prepare For An Interview

Are you looking for a job? Or you are going to have an interview. If yes then, you have come to the right page.

Firstly Welcome to Hirefire! This page will provide you information on

“How to prepare for job interviews”
Hum! Got a job interview? Good Luck!

Honestly, I’ve never had second interviews because I was always hired on the first one. Oh lucky me! I have a few suggestions. If you follow them, you could be so lucky too!?

To make certain that you pass a job interview and the job become yours, all you need to do is to follow my tricks or tips whatever you call it. Let’s concentrate on attending the interview and getting well prepared, and that should bring you ahead of the other candidates before taking the interview!

Here are the steps for “How to prepare for job interviews”.

1. Your CV shouldn’t be more than 1 Page.
Why? All Employers are interested in your Education and Experience. Mentioning too much information in your resume makes you almost a bluffer.

2. Take 2 to 3 hours to read about the company information and products or services in their websites.
Try to understand about the company’s products and services very well. Any employer will be very happy to hear about their products and services and of course about their company from a third person. Also it makes employer feels like you are very motivated. Once again “Don’t go for an interview without knowing about the company information and products or services.”

3. Print your resume. Also photocopy all your certificates, achieved awards and impressive documents.
Along with these documents take originals documents with you to the interview.

4. Don’t Be LATE for Interview!!!
Being late for an interview is the LAST THING you can do. Always go a couple of hours earlier and spend some time in a café nearby. Don’t knock on their door too early as well. If you reach on time it is a sign of a punctual employee.

5. Don’t take your friends and family with you. You are not going for a PICNIC.
Why? Is your friends and family applying for the job for you? If you take friends and family with you it shows that you are not capable person. It means you always need assistance to do anything.

6. Smart appearance will always show seriousness.
Attending interviews with rocky and disco appearance can create question marks to employers. Even you are very skilful, it doesn’t show seriousness about the jobs. Remember, no employer would like to have an employee who doesn’t show seriousness with the jobs.

7. Now it’s about your skills.
The only person who can help about this is you. I am sure if you have done your related degree, certification, worked in the environment then it shouldn’t be a big deal. If you are not sharp about your skills then forget about this interview. Truth is you won’t be hired. Skill is the crucial point in the job role. Somehow you must brush up on your skills if you think it requires.

8. Don’t get nervous. You must make your eye contact and make yourself look very confident about the position.
Why should you be nervous? They’re not going to laugh at you. Build up the confident and try to be as friendly as possible with an appropriate manner. You’re getting paid for your service and your professional service is very important for employers as well.

9. Don’t praise too much of yourself. Let them realize that how good and cool you are.
“Me this, Me that, everything me me me” is not going to help in a job interview. Let employer ask you the question and find out about you. Please answer only what they require. Too much cooking can spoil the dish.

10. In the interview don’t try to pretend that you know everything. Admit if you don’t know what employer is asking about.
Show them “I can learn, I will research about it”. Ask them if they have any good suggestion about the topic. This shows that you have very good attitude and can fit in the company team.

11. Ask them if they need any more skills in order to be a part of their team, and you are very keen on learning.

12. Finally don’t tell them about that I prepared you for the Interview :-).

Going For An Interview: How To Prepare For An Interview

Going For An Interview: Job Interviews: What Sort Of Pay Do You Hope To Receive?

Movie Release 2009

1)Monsters vs Aliens

Monsters vs Aliens
A fun, affectionate pastiche of 1950s sci-fi and monster movies, this 3D animated effort is a little short on spark and depth to make it a classic – but for as long as you’re watching it, you’re guaranteed a good time.

2) Terminator Salvation

Terminator Salvation
It’s spectacular, loud, wild, and has some really intense moments; this future-war tale doesn’t always make sense, but it does deliver the goods as an action epic.

3) Night at the Museum : Battle of the Smithsonian

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian

Security guard Larry Daley infiltrates the Smithsonian Institute in order to rescue Jedediah and Octavius, who have been shipped to the museum by mistake.

4) I Love you man

I love you man
Peter Klaven realizes he needs to make male friends quick before it's too late. He is about to be married without a best man!

5) Push

Push
There’s way too much going on here, but this tale of psychics hunting – and battling – other psychics puts enough intrigue on the table to make it a change from the usual.

6) Angles & Demons

Angels and Demons
Sprawling, exciting and ultimately goofy, this thriller of epic distortions will hold your attention while it’s around, even if it does seem like a cross between a movie and a computer adventure game at times.

7) Star Trek

Star Trek
Whoosh! JJ Abrams takes the franchise to a place it hasn’t gone for a long time – a crazy, heady, exciting place – and relaunches it with a bang. Young. We feel … young.

8) X-men Origins : Wolverine

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Marvel's most famous slasher gets his solo outing at last, and it's got some terrific action scenes - but the movie never really takes off.

9) The Uninvited

The Uninvited
The Uninvited is a 2009 American remake of the 2003 South Korean horror film A Tale of Two Sisters.

10) Paul Blart : Mall Cop

Paul Blart: Mall Cop
Nothing about this film screams “originality”. In fact, it plays out very much like a typical Adam Sandler movie and that should not be surprising since he is one of the producers of Paul Blart: Mall Cop.

11) Passengers

Passengers
After a plane crash, a young therapist, Claire is assigned by her mentor to counsel the flight's five survivors. While Claire is intrigued by Eric, the most secretive of the passengers, the survivors begin to disappear mysteriously, one by one.

12) Soul Men

Soul Men
Popular singing duo back in the days, who went their separate ways and never spoke again reunite for a death of their former band member.

13) Friday the 13th

Friday the 13th
This reboot of the slasher series is put together more slickly than its predecessors, but lacks that “cheap thrill” factor. And besides, the carnage here is uninspired stuff.

14) Fast & Furious

Fast & Furious
Diminishing returns from all the high-octane action here means it's time the franchise takes a long break. Entertaining but not particularly memorable.

15) My Bloody Valentine

My Bloody Valentine
22 people lives were claimed on Valentines day, now 10 years later Tom returns to his hometown. Instead of a homecoming, however, Tom finds himself suspected of committing the murders, and it seems like his old flame is the only one who believes that he is innocent.

16) Confessions of a Shoppaholic

Confessions of a Shopaholic
Rebecca Bloomwood enjoys retail therapy but cannot seem to pay off her high-maintenance addiction. With the piling credit card bills and debt collector Derek Smeath snapping at her heels, Rebecca still tries to achieve her ultimate goal as a journalist at Adelle, the ultimate fashion magazine.

17) Unborn

The Unborn
Right … how wicked would it be of us to wish the title could apply to this disjointed, silly horror flick as well? Not too wicked, for sure.

18) Knowing

Knowing
A somewhat different look at impending Doomsday that doesn’t always make sense, but is constantly riveting – and it has some startling, jaw-dropping disaster sequences to boot.

19) 12 Rounds

12 Rounds
There’s a moment early on in this action flick when you begin to suspect that it’s all too familiar somehow. When the “twist” arrives, then you know for sure that it is.

20) Taken

Taken
No frills, just a whole lot of thrills as an ex-CIA man rips Paris a new one while searching for his kidnapped daughter. Improbable but the action is highly charged, slick and thoroughly satisfying.
